Research On The Linkage Of Tourism Industry In Guizhou Province To The Tertiary Industry

Today,the development of tourism has played a very beneficial role in the development of China's economy.According to the data of the China Statistical Yearbook,in 2017,China's total tourism revenue reached 5.3 trillion yuan,which brought considerable economic benefits to China.In December 2009,China first proposed the development of tourism cultivation into an important strategic pillar industry for the development of the national economy.During the “12th Five-Year Plan”,the status of tourism as a strategic pillar industry of China's national economy has taken shape.During the "13th Five-Year Plan",the development of a well-off society,supply-side structural reform,open-sharing development concept,and tourism industry were identified as happy industries,providing a major opportunity for tourism development.At the same time,the development of China's tourism industry has also effectively promoted the development of the regional economy.The economic development of Guizhou Province has maintained a double-digit growth rate in recent years,ranking first in the provinces and cities in the southwest,far exceeding the national average.Level.Looking at the economic development process of Guizhou Province,we can see that the industrial structure of Guizhou's economy has gradually improved in construction,and the proportion of the tertiary industry in the gross national product has gradually increased.Among them,tourism,as a leading enterprise in the tertiary industry,also plays a pivotal role in the economic construction of Guizhou Province.The continuous development of tourism in Guizhou Province has brought considerable economic benefits to Guizhou Province.Therefore,in order to understand whether the development of tourism is related to the growth of the tertiary industry,this study is for tourism and tertiary industry in Guizhou Province.The development status quo is studied.Firstly,the Granger causality test is used to analyze the causal relationship between the tourism industry and the tertiary industry inGuizhou Province.Secondly,the grey relational analysis method is used to study the development of tourism in Guizhou Province.The relevance of each sector of the three industries;Finally,the elasticity coefficient analysis method is used to analyze the driving effect of tourism on the tertiary industry and various departments,and compare it with the elasticity coefficient of the whole country and Yunnan,Sichuan and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.By comparison,it can be found that the elasticity coefficient of tourism industry in Guizhou Province is 0.776904,which is lower than the national average and lower than the surrounding Sichuan,Yunnan and Guangxi;for accommodation and catering,wholesale and retail.The elasticity coefficients of the real estate industry are 0.624176,0.577800 and 0.413282,respectively,which are in a backward position in the three provinces of the country and the surrounding areas.This paper believes that the main reasons for this phenomenon are: insufficient capital investment,imperfect infrastructure,imperfect management system,and low professional talent.On this basis,this paper proposes to promote the development of tertiary industry in Guizhou Province through the development of tourism,which mainly includes: increasing tourism investment;improving tourism infrastructure;improving tourism management system;and strengthening human resource development.
