With the promotion of market development of deep tourism and experience tourism in the leisure era,and the deployment of Rural Revitalization strategy,Guizhou mountain residential quarters are showing a vigorous development trend,and gradually there are some problems such as low housing turnover rate,weak industrial integration,irregular management,extensive development methods and limited industrial radiation.Relying on the current political hot spots of rural property rights system reform and rural revitalization,this paper combs the relevant policies and regulations,domestic and foreign literature on the development of residential accommodation,and combines the background of the times.This paper analyses the course and bottleneck of the development of mountain dwelling houses in Guizhou,and conducts in-depth field investigations.Integration of relevant information,explore how to break the bottleneck of mountain residential development through property rights system innovation,help Guizhou mountain residential transformation and upgrading,and realize rural revitalization.This paper takes Nahui village in southwestern Guizhou as the case point,takes root in the field,and comprehensively uses the methods of case investigation,questionnaire survey and interview to obtain the relevant information of mountain residential development.The research mainly includes five aspects: the construction of theoretical system,the process and bottleneck of Guizhou mountain residential development,the relationship between rural property right system innovation and Guizhou mountain residential development,case analysis,summary and discussion.Firstly,through literature research,this paper differentiates and analyses the related concepts of residential accommodation,combs the development of residential accommodation at home and abroad,and determines the core theory of the study;secondly,sorting out the development process of residential accommodation in Guizhou mountainous areas,establishing the development significance,and finding out the bottlenecks such as weak industrial integration and limited industrial radiation in the development;thirdly,fully grasping the overall workingideas and objectives of the central government and exploring This paper clarifies the background,exploration,achievement and significance of rural property right system innovation,and explores the ways of promoting Guizhou mountain residential development from activating idle housing,perfecting the separation of three rights,promoting industrial integration and building a trading platform.At the same time,the development of mountain residential development also improves the land use rate and completes the process.Good legal system provides a direction for the innovation of property rights system;The fourth case analysis analyses the course and problems of the development of mountain dwelling houses in Nahui village,southwestern Guizhou,and measures to solve the problems in the development of mountain dwelling houses through the innovation of property rights system,so as to realize the role of property rights system innovation in promoting the development of mountain dwelling houses;Finally,it leads the successful experience of Guizhou rural property rights system innovation,and analyses the important role and significance of property rights system innovation in promoting the development of Guizhou mountain residential quarters.Through the research,two conclusions are drawn: first,property right system innovation can fully promote the transformation and upgrading of Guizhou mountain residential quarters by revitalizing idle premises,perfecting the "separation of powers" and realizing industrial integration;Secondly,the development of residential housing in mountainous areas makes it possible for the poor to extricate themselves from poverty effectively and dignified by relying on land capital.Third,we should implement precise poverty alleviation and make up for the shortcomings of rural revitalization.It also provides a research direction on how to establish evaluation system and trading market in remote areas and effectively improve land use efficiency,hoping to play a reference role in the development of mountain residential quarters in other areas of Guizhou.
