With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the level of civilization,people's tourism mode has also undergone subversive changes,which shows that the development of China's tourism industry is entering a new era,that is,the era of "global tourism".At the same time,as a new development concept,global tourism not only promotes the overall development of tourism and economic society,resulting in a new development mode,but also plays a catalytic role in the integration of tourism industry and related industries,and provides a new business mode in the development of tourism.In recent years,Jinggangshan has taken the opportunity of establishing a national tourism demonstration area in the whole region,in accordance with the principle of"overall planning,characteristics as the soul,wisdom as the foundation,ecology as the basis,and multiple compliance as the one",led by red culture and supported by green ecology,promoted the transformation from "single business" to "whole business",and passed the "tourism+culture,tourism+agriculture,tourism+sports,tourism+education",etc Type of business,so that all walks of life to participate in it,the realization of the whole industrial chain of the development model of the whole area.At the national level,this is conducive to the transformation and development of the industrial environment,as well as the promotion of the regional ecological environment,cultural and sports undertakings and public service capabilities.In this paper,Jinggangshan t Tourism Development Co.,Ltd.is selected as the research object.In the research process,the relevant theoretical knowledge of strategic management,PEST analysis,Porter Five Forces Analysis and SWOT analysis are used.Through the analysis of the development environment of T company in the context of global tourism,including the macro environment,industry environment and advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of T company as a whole.Therefore,the strategic objectives and plans of T company are determined,and the implementation and guarantee measures with certain reference value are put forward.
