GL High-speed Railway Economic And Industrial Park Under The Background Of Homogeneous Competition Research On Competitiveness Promotion Strategy Y

With the continuous emergence of industrial parks in various regions,the "product characteristics" of the parks and the marketization characteristics of the park management are increasingly prominent.In this context,the key to park management is to improve the competitiveness of "park products" by taking market customer demand as the guide.Then,as a special market "product",how to define the competitiveness of industrial parks? What are the factors that affect its competitiveness? How to create and enhance the competitiveness of the park's "products" ?Based on the above considerations,this paper chooses the GL high-speed railway economic and industrial park in guilin city as the case study object,taking the competitiveness theory of enterprise management,differentiated competition theory and customer demand orientation theory as the guidance,and tries to explore the strategies to improve the competitiveness of "park products" from the dimensions of market(customer)demand and park characteristic functions.The paper argues that the competitiveness of "park products" is essentially composed of multiple factors system integration,customer-oriented characteristics,and high-level comprehensive supporting services.Therefore,the idea of improving its competitiveness is to closely follow the characteristics,seek differentiated competitive strategies,and strive to cultivate the comprehensive supporting service capability of system integration.This paper has sorted out the theoretical results of the research on competitiveness,differentiated competition and customer demand orientation,and constructed the theoretical basis of the case study.On this basis,the paper introduced the GL high-speed economy industrial park of the zone between the homogeneity competition,primarily with guilin high-tech development zone,economic and technological development zone main rivals such as competitive situation,including infrastructure,human resources competition,characteristics of industry cluster,the park service competition,etc.Starting from the target market of GL high-speed railway economic and industrial park,this paper analyzes the differentiated needs of customers in the park from the perspective of meeting customer needs.The paper believes that by analyzing diversified and differentiated demands of enterprises in the park,GL high-speed railway economic and industrial park has many advantages in land area,cost,location,transportation,industrial planning and other dimensions.Therefore,this paper believes that the competitiveness of GL high-speed railway economic and industrial park should be based on the differentiated competition of customer demand,focusing on the comprehensive supporting services based on the aforementioned multi-factor system integration,and integrating the park's multi-factor competitiveness into a comprehensive supporting service system of system integration.For this reason,the paper further analyzes the restrictive factors to improve the competitiveness of GL high-speed railway economic and industrial park,which are mainly divided into internal factors and external factors.The internal factors mainly include weak industrial foundation and insufficient supporting capacity.The current system of the park is not sound,and the management mode needs to be improved.The land supply is insufficient,and the balance pressure of farmland is large.From the five aspects of lack of professional talents,serious loss of high-tech talents,large capital gap and weak financing capacity,external factors are mainly discussed from three aspects,that is,the space for the park to undertake industrial transfer is greatly squeezed;High-speed rail economy has resource outflow effect and double pressure of development and construction and environmental protection.Finally,according to the above discussion,the paper puts forward the strategies to enhance the competitiveness of GL high-speed railway economic and industrial park from seven aspects: public supporting service--creating num-type zero-distance service;Infrastructure services--building a hard environment for comprehensive services;Innovative mechanism service--to create a soft service environment for the park;Brand culture service--promote the characteristic industrial brand of the park;Talent security service--pay attention to talent introduction and training;Financial security services--establishing a multi-channel financing system;Spatial development service--improve the park development cooperation service.
