As the manufacturing industry at home and abroad market competition is more and more fierce,because our country at present stage structure changes cause manufacturing cost increase of labor force,and constantly falling commodity prices and a series of questions under the background,how to improve the quality of enterprise products,production efficiency and service level,etc.,to ensure that the enterprise competitive advantage in the commodity market and realize the profit maximization,this will be every business needs to carefully study topic.The development of HB company has entered a period of stagnation at the present stage.The homogenized competition in the market has seriously threatened the development of HB company,and the cost of domestic labor and raw material market has gradually increased,which makes the operation of HB company more difficult.Under internal and external pressure,how to improve enterprises' flexible manufacturing,meet customers' diversified and personalized needs in time,and shorten product delivery and reduce costs will all be major challenges faced by HB enterprises.Lean production management is an innovative production management mode which is customer-oriented and reduces and eliminates process waste through end-pull production mode.Therefore,in the current context,lean production mode will be the best choice for HB companies to regain competitiveness.Through the analysis of HB company's current problems,specific improvements can be made from the following aspects.First of all,through the analysis of the organizational structure of HB company,it is found that there are scattered reports among various departments,which leads to chaos in production order,excessive inventory and other aspects of waste.After analyzing and adjusting the existing organizational structure,improve the cooperation efficiency of all parts of the company and reduce the production of inventory.Secondly,through the analysis of the value stream of HB company,it is found that there are many worthless parts from the information flow of the client to the logistics of the supplier and the process flow of the internal process of the company.Therefore,the value stream cycle is gradually shortened by optimizing and eliminating worthless processes and actions.Thirdly,lean theory is used to analyze the existing production layout of HB company and find that the existing layout is unreasonable.Relayout to reduce waste and improve operation efficiency under the guidance of lean thinking.Fourth,through the analysis of the process flow of HB company based on the lean production management theory,it is found that the process flow is complex,the process segments are many and the process is unbalanced,which seriously affects the production efficiency and quality risk of products.Fifth,according to the people-oriented requirements of lean production management,I analyzed HB company,and found that employees lack of training,low work enthusiasm,and are not familiar with the characteristics of products.In addition,due to the large turnover of personnel,the product quality risks are magnified,and major quality accidents are easy to occur.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of lean production in HB company,it is particularly important to establish and improve the indicator system and create guarantee mechanism of publicity and training involving all staff.Encourage all employees to participate,cultivate lean ideology and consciousness of employees,and gradually let employees understand the benefits of lean production,understand and put into action.For HB company,therefore,is to implement lean production mode to be successful,must truly understand the current problems existing in the company itself,and then lean theory combined with the company's actual,develop targeted solutions and promote the implementation of the safeguard mechanism,to achieve full participation,to ensure that the solution can effectively implement,it also provide practical reference value for the same type enterprise.
