Study On The Application Of Lean Production About Capacity Improvement In S Company

Since entering into the21st century, the resource exhaustion and environmental degradation caused by energy crisis is the most urgent topic. However, the fundamental way to solve the energy crisis is the ultimate way to find a new type of clean renewable energy. Solar energy, the cleanliness and renewable energy, plays the important role as its broad distribution and the adequacy of technology development. The photovatatic industry with the great market demand faces the high cost and insufficient capacity problems. Now raw materials procurement demand, market competition, how to use effective mode of production to reduce the production cost, improve equipment utilization, in order to get an early agreement on the price of ordinary nuclear power plants, now photovoltaic enterprise must consider the question. More and more photovoltaic enterprise is promoting lean production.This article through the core idea of lean manufacturing----analysis of value stream, combined with the company S lean production system implementation, especially the study and implementation in production cost, deeply describes that lean production is the most effective manufacturing enterprise production and operating system solutions. Through the value stream analysis, found that logistics,5S, product quality and inventory management problems, and do the trial improvement and contribute a lot for process efficiency, then the future value stream mapping come out. Next, through the motion analysis, the author proposed and designed the lean production improvement program, mainly included logistics optimization, reducing the process time of bottleneck process,5S and visual management implementation, inventory improvement and continous improvement activity promotion. Finally, the author summarized benefit of the implementation of lean production may be achieved, pointed the lean production distribution to operation efficiency, the lean production management line highly improve the competition of enterprise.
