Statistical Measurement Of Rural Revitalization And Its Application

In recent years,on the premise of adhering to the "five major developments" concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,all localities have always been steadfast in carrying out rural construction work and introducing relevant documents to speed up rural revitalization.In accordance with the general requirements of "industrial prosperity,Eco-Livable,rural civilization,effective governance and rich living",the paper uses the statistical measurement theory in combination with the specific objectives of rural revitalization in the 19 reports,and focuses on the rural construction of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object around the overall requirements of the "five major developments".This paper implements the overall statistical measurement and hierarchical index analysis of rural revitalization,establishes the evaluation Index system,and carries on the diversification evaluation and the comprehensive analysis to the industrial index,the ecological index,the cultural index,the management index,the development index.On this basis,further according to the analytic hierarchy process,using the method of qualitative and quantitative combination,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the promotion of rural revitalization in the Guangxi,that is,the Engel coefficient and rural investment in the countryside are obviously promoting the rural revitalization,and finally puts forward that the implementation of rural revitalization in our district should,without affecting the traditional rural industries,vigorously attract investment and develop new industries according to local conditions in order to realize rural revitalization at an early date.Through the study of rural revitalization in Guangxi district,it can not only provide a reference path for the rural construction of Guangxi district,but also contribute to the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy effective suggestions,for the realization of the 19 th national rural revitalization strategy is of great significance.
