A Study On Risk Management Of Intelligent Audio ODM Project Of Company T

Along with the development of the global economy and technology,the industrial division is becoming more and more refined and specified.ODM(Original Design Manufacturer),as a production model,is mature in the manufacturing industry,especially in electronics.As an important part of the project management,risk management directly affects its progress,quality and cost.All these will further affect the possibility of success of the project,and even the stability of the whole enterprise.Therefore,project management,especially project risk management,is of particular importance in the ODM electronics manufacturing industry.However,at present most enterprises in China have paid insufficient attention to project risk management,and prefer,unfortunately,to merely focus on basic methods of project management.So,it remains to be seen how project risk management is to be applied in practice.This thesis seeks to introduce the system and the basic theory of project risk management.Using the intelligent audio project A as an example,it studies the process of project development of company T,by referring to the five parts of the project risk management.This thesis addresses the five parts in detail: risk planning,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and risk regulation.First,citing T' s project management manual and previous experience,the project team works out A's risk management plan and identifies the risk factors.Second,the team uses qualitative and FMEA quantitative analysis to estimate and evaluate the risk,and then suggest appropriate responses in accordance with T's actual status.Through tracking and monitoring the risk factors,the team effectively controls and reduces negative impacts.Finally,the team summarizes the problems,and gives some optimization suggestions.In sum,this thesis reviews the process of company T's project risk management,investigates the possibility of using quantitative risk analysis to evaluate T's project risk,and suggest to T's establishment of risk database.Combing theory and practice,it aims to improve the management skills of T,and thereby help it to succeed in the market and maintain sustainable development.
