Company B is a large global manufacturing enterprise with manufacturing facilities all over the world.At the same time,the company is organized and standardized.But there are also common problems in large companies: organizations are bloated,processes are complex,decision-making speed is slow,and it is difficult to respond quickly to market changes.In order to enhance the competitiveness of the market,customer oriented and responsive to market changes.Now,B hopes to organize the Department's functions vertically according to the value chain process,so the senior level proposes to transform the company's organizational structure into an agile organization,break the barriers between the organizations,enhance the efficiency of the operation,and arouse the enthusiasm of the staff.This paper takes the factory production organization of B company in China as the research object.It mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and data comparison analysis from the staff questionnaire survey.This paper introduces the general situation of production organization of B company.The organizational structure design,agile organization,and other theoretical knowledge are used to analyze the existing production organization.Through staff questionnaire survey,we collect and analyze internal staff's views on existing production organization problems in many ways.Analysis of existing production organization problems,found that the current production organization in the factory coordination and integration,plant function organization settings,management level set up,team cooperation and synergy,and other aspects of the problem.According to the application of relevant theoretical knowledge,in-depth analysis of the problems found is found to be the existing production organization structure and related management processes,and can not meet the operational needs of the company.Around the agile organizational structure,we redesign the production organization structure of the company,and update the process and system from the aspects of motivation,teamwork and coordination.In this way,the production organization will run smoothly and maintain the market competitiveness for the sustainable development of enterprises.On the basis of the above analysis,it puts forward the plan of optimizing production organization structure according to the value stream,setting up production function organization,reducing management level,realizing flat organization and strengthening transverse organization function.As well as increasing the salary incentive range of employees,and so on.These analysis and improvement programs also provide reference examples and ideas for production organizations in agile transformation.
