In the intensive competitive modern society,a company should adjust its inner organizational structure timely according to the outer environment and inner conditions,if it wants to survive and develop constantly,its organization should be able to adapt to changes at any moment,or else it will soon tend to aging and become weaker,even dead at the end.Therefore,it is one of the driving forces of enterprise development to carry through organizational structure transform effectively.This thesis combines the author's work practice,Chukong company this thesis mentioned was founded in 1962,in recent years,relying on the ports,routes,freight forwarding marketing,information network and Hong Kong shipping center,It has become a logistics specialized operation platform.But with the expansion and development of Chukong Company,it gradually showed its problems in organization structure.The problems mainly include unclear organization structure positioning,internal structural contradictions,organizational resources lack proper integration and so on,which hinder its long-term development and the realization of its enterprise strategic goals.So,it is imperative for the company to optimize its organization structure.This thesis starts from literature review of the organization structure and the existing problems in the company.Trough analyzing the factors which affect Chukong Company's organization structure,it make recommendations for the optimization of organization structure.This thesis studies the organizational structure optimization of a state-owned Company,which has certain implications to the company as well as other companies in the same industry.
