Dynamic Risk Assessment Of Supply Chain Cooperation In Manufacturing Enterprises

After developed countries put forward the strategy of attaching importance to manufacturing industry,the Chinese government also put forward the strategic measures of revitalizing manufacturing industry accordingly.It is very important to develop manufacturing industry vigorously for the sustained and stable development of our economy.Since the discovery of supply chain in 1980 s,it has been widely used in various industries,especially in manufacturing industry.Because of various uncertainties,supply chain enterprises are often faced with various external and internal risks.Supply chain cooperation risk,as a form of risk in supply chain risk,often occurs when the supply chain node enterprises cooperate,and it has a huge impact on the supply chain,seriously endangering the operation of the supply chain.Therefore,it is particularly important to identify and evaluate the cooperative risk existing in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises accurately,and to put forward measures to prevent and control the cooperative risk for supply chain node enterprises.The manufacturing supply chain is in a dynamic external environment.Therefore,it is necessary to dynamically assess the cooperation risk between supply chain enterprises from a dynamic perspective.Firstly,based on the cooperation among supply chain enterprises in manufacturing industry and the existing research contents,this paper analyses the characteristics and sources of cooperation risk,and then summarizes the influencing factors of cooperation risk.On this basis,a preliminary index system for dynamic evaluation of cooperative risk in manufacturing supply chain is constructed,and then principal component analysis method is used for screening.Finally,an index system for cooperative risk assessment in this paper is constructed.Secondly,based on the existing content of dynamic risk assessment and the practical characteristics of dynamic risk assessment of supply chain cooperation in manufacturing industry,this paper constructs a dynamic evaluation model for cooperative risk assessment by introducing weight multiplier to update the index weight dynamically in real time.This paper collects the evaluation value of experts' importance to the index in the form of interval intuitionistic fuzzy sets,and then calculates the weight value of each level index by using interval intuitionistic fuzzy entropy,interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighting operator and optimization model,and then updates the index weight in real time and dynamically combined with the weight multiplier.According to the article,in which the weight multiplier is introduced to evaluate the actual risk status of each index,and the risk level warning line of each evaluation index is established,so as to warn the risk status.And taking the cooperative risk of an automobile manufacturing supply chain as an example,this paper evaluates the cooperative risk through the dynamic evaluation model built above.It is concluded that the overall risk situation of supply chain cooperation risk of the automobile manufacturing enterprise is in the "good" level,but the risk level of the partner in the cooperation link between supplier and manufacturer in the criterion level is "general",which should be paid attention by the relevant managers..Finally,based on the above evaluation results,combined with the high-risk factors that may lead to the occurrence of cooperative risk,the strategies and suggestions of cooperative risk control for the automobile manufacturing supply chain enterprises are put forward.
