Research On The Relationship Between The Industry-University-research Cooperation Mode And The Transformation Of Technological Achievements

Improving the performance of transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important measure to deepen the reform of the science and technology system and achieve innovation-driven development.As the main way to transform scientific and technological achievements,industry-university-research cooperation is of strategic significance for accelerating regional economic transformation and upgrading and promoting supply-side structural reform.How to establish a technological innovation system with enterprise as the mainstay,market-oriented,and deep integration of production,study and research has become a topic of widespread concern of the industry,academia and research cooperation institutions such as universities,enterprises and scientific research institutions.However,in the actual process of industry-university-research cooperation,due to the constraints of various factors,the conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in industry-university-research cooperation still has a certain gap compared with developed countries.Based on this,this paper is based on the status quo of the transformation of scientific research results of industry,university and research cooperation,and studies the relationship between the cooperation model of industry-university-research and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the perspective of the types of technological achievements.This paper first sorts out the existing related research,and combines the policy practice and status quo of the industry,researc.h and research cooperation,scientific and technological achievements transformation,the contribution of industry-university-research cooperation,the income of industry-university-research cooperation,and the risk of cooperation between industry,university and research institute,This paper analyzes the relationship between the three research variables of industry-university-research cooperation mode,scientific and technological achievements transformation performance and scientific and technological achievement type,and puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper,and builds the conceptual model of this paper.Secondly,the design of the pre-test questionnaire for the research questions,and the test,correction and improvement,form the formal questionnaire of this article.Finally,through the formal questionnaire distribution and data collection,and using statistical analysis software SPSS24.0 and AMOS20.0,empirical analysis and testing of the collected large sample data to verify the relationship between the research variables.The empirical research results show that the type of scientific and technological achievements will regulate the relationship between the cooperation model of industry-university-research and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The scientific and technological achievements of the new technology types use the technology transfer model to transform the performance of scientific and technological achievements more significantly,while the scientific and technological achievements of new product types The performance of scientific and technological achievements using the cooperative R&D model is more significant.The conclusions of the study provide theoretical references for the selection of effective cooperation models among the main players in the industry,academia and research cooperation,and provide theoretical support for accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity and establishing a new mechanism of cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes with the purpose of increasing knowledge value.
