Under the background of innovation-driven development strategy,collaborative Innovation by Industry-University-Research Cooperation has become a new development strategy to drive independent innovation in our country.And it is also the main form of promoting the effective combination of science and technology and economy.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is an important goal of the cooperation between industry,university and research institute,which requires the enterprises to complement and compatible with each other,to promote each other,to influence each other,to support each other,and to develop harmoniously,that is,to establish a coupling relationship.Based on this,this study discusses the impact of the coupling relationship between industry,college and research on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements,and introduces organizational learning as an intermediary variable to study.On the basis of combing and summarizing the existing literature,this study analyzes the mechanism of the coupling relationship between industry,college and research based on the perspective of organizational learning,and combines the problems existing in the cooperation between industry,education and research.The theoretical conceptual model is constructed.Secondly,the questionnaire is designed to test,analyze,modify and perfect to form the formal questionnaire.Finally,269 valid questionnaires were collected by two kinds of investigation methods:field and network.Two kinds of statistical analysis software,spss 23.0 and amos 17.0,were used to test and analyze the quality of the sample data,and two analysis methods were adopted:multivariate regression and structural equation model.This paper discusses and verifies the coupling relationship between industry,university and research,and the relationship between organizational learning and achievements in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The empirical results show that:(1)the coupling relationship between industry,university and research has a significant positive effect on the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements,and the effects are in turn heterogeneous resources heterogeneous behaviors and heterogeneity ability.(2)the coupling relationship between industry,university and research has a significant positive impact on organizational learning.(3)organizational learning positively affects the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements.(4)organizational learning plays a part of intermediary role between the coupling relationship between industry,university and research and the transformation performance of scientific and technological achievements,and the exploitative learning plays a more significant role than the exploratory learning.The conclusion of the study lays a solid theoretical foundation for the analysis of the cooperation between industry,university and research to improve the performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and enriches the theoretical research on the cooperation of industry,university and research.From the perspective of organizational learning,this paper probes into the complementarity,compatibility and coupling mechanism between enterprises and two kinds of heterogeneous organizations in terms of resources,ability and behavior,in order to strengthen the cooperation between industry,university and research institute.To improve the performance of scientific and technological achievements to provide theoretical guidance.
