Analysis On The Innovation Capability Of Yangling Demonstration Zone And Its Upgrading Path

The achievements of scientific and technological innovation have become the decisive force driving regional economic development in the era of knowledge-based economy.In order to achieve the goal of building an innovative country,all regions make full use of their own advantages and improve their innovation ability.China has cultivated land and has a large population.The state has always attached great importance to agriculture,especially agricultural science and technology.In early 201 8,in order to better promote the development of agricultural science and technology,the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Demonstration and Construction of Agricultural High-tech Industries",which mentioned that by 2025,it is an opportunity for Yang Ling to construct a number of national-level demonstration zones of agricultural high-tech industries in China.It is also a challenge.Based on the background that the above countries pay attention to the development of agricultural science and technology,this paper takes Yangling,the first state-level agricultural high-tech demonstration zone,as the research object,aiming at finding the way to improve the innovation ability of Yangling by analyzing its innovation ability.After describing the status quo of Yangling demonstration area's innovation ability qualitatively from four aspects of innovation foundation,innovation subject,innovation input and innovation output,this paper compares the innovation ability of Yangling demonstration area horizontally and vertically by using entropy method and factor analysis method,and makes a special evaluation study on its agricultural science and technology innovation ability.Finally,it puts forward the path to enhance the innovation capability of Yangling demonstration zone and the corresponding safeguard measures.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From a vertical perspective,Yangling's innovation capability has fluctuated slightly over the past 7 years,but the overall situation has been on the rise in the past 2010-2016 years.Yangling's agricultural scientific and technological innovation ability has been obtained in the 106 agricultural science and Technology Park in 2016,whether it is comprehensive,or from the factors of innovation output,innovation conditions and innovation performance.Good results.Although the relative performance is better,there is still a big gap between the absolute strength and the top ranked areas.(2)Explore ways to enhance Yangling's innovation capability:Firstly,it summarizes the successful experience of promoting the city's innovation ability in China,and extracts the alternative path of Yang Ling's innovation ability.Secondly,by using the successful experience of foreign countries for reference,and comparing Yang Ling with its urban characteristics,this paper explains why the construction of university town is the best way to enhance Yang Ling's innovative ability;and by using the method of game theory,this paper analyzes the internal mechanism of University Promoting Innovative activities,so as to promote Yang Ling's innovation relying on the university.Ability provides theoretical support and provides a basis for the choice of upgrading path of Yangling's innovation capability.Thirdly,according to Yang Ling's urban characteristics and urban development direction,the path to enhance the innovative capacity is determined.Finally,from the three aspects of construction objectives,main tasks and safeguard measures,the specific measures to enhance Yang Ling's innovative ability are explained in detail.
