The development of the manufacturing industry provides demand for the producer service and forms agglomeration characteristics in the industry-related interaction. As a knowledge-intensive production service industry, the producer service provides a powerful impetus for the transformation.Besides,it also upgrades of the manufacturing industry. In China's export trade, manufacturing accounts for the majority, and the level of technology in products is the key to improving export competitiveness. At present,China's manufacturing industry has encountered many problems that restrict its development, such as rising labor costs and overcapacity. In this context, improving the technical level of products is an effective way for manufacturing companies to get out of the predicament.Based on this, this thesis analyzes the influences of the agglomeration of the producer service on the complexity of manufacturing export technology from the perspective of industrial linkage.According to the industrial agglomeration and relevance theory, this thesis analyzes the mechanism of the producer service industry affecting the complexity of manufacturing export technology under different agglomeration types firstly. It proves that the agglomeration of productive service industry has an impact on the export technology complexity of manufacturing from economic theory. At the same time,it measures the complexity of production service industry agglomeration and export technology complexity of manufacturing based on the relevant data from 2004 to 2016 and analyzes the situation of industrial development. In the empirical research, this thesis studies from both the industrial and spatial perspectives. The thesis finds that the export technology complexity of manufacturing shows an overall upward trend. The difference is that the eastern, central and western regions show a decreasing trend;the specialized service industry has a clear trend of specialization, while the diversified agglomeration trend is not obvious overall. There are also differences in regions and industries. In the empirical research, the generalized least squares method is used at the industrial level. The complexity of specialized agglomeration and manufacturing export technology has an inverted U-shaped relationship, and diversified agglomeration has a hindrance to the complexity of manufacturing export technology. At the spatial level, this thesis uses spatial auto-regressive model for empirical analysis.Through direct and indirect effects measurement of explanatory variables,it is found thatthe specialized agglomeration and diversified agglomeration of the producer service have obvious local effects on the export technology complexity of manufacturing. There is also a space spillover effect. In the study of regional heterogeneity, there are significant spatial spillover effects in the eastern region under the two types of agglomeration, while there is no spillover effect in the central and western regions. There is a significant spillover effect in the central region in the diversified agglomeration, while the west There is no area.In terms of industry heterogeneity, leasing and business service industry clusters have a U-shaped complexity of export technology, and other industries are inverted U-shaped.Finally,according to the theoretical analysis and empirical test of this paper,it proposes to adjust the internal structure of the productive service industry, and to break the local administrative constraints.Besides,it recommends to establish the overall development concept of the region and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and promote the service of the manufacturing industry.
