Research On The Development Path Of Benefiting Poverty Of Ethnic Characteristic Villages In Hefeng,Hubei Province

"If agriculture is prosperous,the country will be prosperous;if the countryside is rich,the country will be strong".This is a profound enlightenment from China's historical development.Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in all aspects through continuous efforts.However,due to many factors such as backward traffic conditions,poor information exchange and so on,the development speed of minority areas is still relatively slow,which not only affects the pace of building a well-off society in an all-round way,but also is an important aspect and focus of rural comprehensive revitalization.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that China should implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization in an all-round way.As far as the vast minority areas are concerned,due to their late start,huge potential for development and obvious advantages of backwardness,and influenced by the comprehensive effects of the pre-policy of villages with minority characteristics,the development has achieved initial results.A comprehensive summary of the development status of minority nationalities can better explore the path and mode of poverty-benefiting development that has been formed and play an important role in demonstrating the Rural Revitalization in the vast minority areas of our country.Selecting Hefeng County,Enshi Prefecture,Hubei Province,which is located at the junction of central and Western China,to study the beneficial development of villages with minority characteristics will also have important reference significance for the poverty alleviation and fortification of minority areas in Wuling Mountain.With the theme of Benefiting Poverty Development Path of Ethnic Minority Villages in Hefeng County,Hubei Province,this dissertation combines the literature and questionnaires,and uses the method of qualitative and quantitative On the basis of tolerant growth,anti-poverty theory and income distribution theory,this dissertation reviews the domestic and foreign research on villages with minority characteristics and poverty-benefiting development,and clarifies the core concepts of poverty and poverty reduction,and poverty-benefiting development.Using PEST method to analyze and understand the development status of minority villages in Hefeng County,it is found that the preference degree of national and local policies to poor households is not enough,the proportion of local financial and economic funds to support agriculture needs to be improved,and the per capita net income in rural areas is relatively low compared with that in central China.Descriptive statistical analysis of the implementation of the work and the participation of poverty alleviation projects shows that there are obstacles in the aspects of industry benefit and poverty alleviation and cultural poverty alleviation in minority villages of Hefeng County.Then it puts forward that we should improve the industrial system,strengthen the endogenous growth,improve the cultural system,give full play to the pro-poor growth,improve the policy system and promote the fairness of development to optimize the existing pro-poor development path.The innovations of this dissertation are as follows: firstly,starting from the unbalanced development within the villages with minority characteristics,the dissertation points out that the internal development of villages with minority characteristics tends to benefit the rich villagers and poor peasants less,which expands the theory of villages with minority characteristics;secondly,it applies the macro-environmental analysis method PEST to the analysis of the benefits of poverty in villages with minority characteristics.The innovative application of research methods is embodied in the path of development of the mode.Thirdly,taking the county economy as an example,the study of the poverty-benefiting development of villages with minority characteristics is an extension of the traditional ethnology from the perspective of villages.At the same time,this dissertation also has some problems,such as the relative limitation of the research object,the relatively small amount of research sample data and the insufficient micro-analysis of the research object,which will be the direction of further research.
