In the era of economic globalization and fierce market competition,the prevailing team organization form provides a reliable guarantee for the development of modern enterprises.However,the problem is that the team's failure rate is really high.The reason for its failure involves all aspects of the entire team's organizational environment,where the impact of the team's incentives can not be ignored.Therefore,the research on the incentive mechanism of corporate teams is of great significance both in theory and in practice.For the enterprise,the human resources of the enterprise are very important.Only by striving to attract high-quality talents for enterprises and retaining talents,through the scientific incentive system to play the role of talents,for enterprises to compete for territory in this information explosion and fierce market competition.Implementing a scientific and rational talent incentive mechanism can not only protect the employees' own interests,but also enhance their competitive advantages and promote the long-term development of the company.The talent incentive mechanism is an important part of enterprise human resource management.Only by implementing effective and effective incentive policies can enterprise managers improve their initiative and participation,in order to ensure efficient economic benefits.This paper analyzes the employee incentive mechanism of Shanghai Leiyue Company through the combination of theory and practice,points out the shortcomings of the enterprise incentive mechanism.And put forward some improvement suggestions topromotes the enterprise incentive mechanism to be more perfect.To make full use of the role of motivating employees,initiative,and creativity.Based on the contents of relevant references,we put forward reasonable suggestions for the current incentive system of Shanghai Leiyue Entrepreneurship Team.The main contents include equity incentives and bonus incentives.Through training,job promotion,and internal entrepreneurship,we will further enhance the recognition of employees.At the same time,through the negative incentives such as the last elimination,employees can form a sense of competition and promote their growth.By proposing these rationalization suggestions,we can further summarize the incentive management methods suitable for start-ups,avoiding detours and further promoting the development of entrepreneurial teams.
