Investigation And Analysis Of Farmers' Satisfaction In Zhangye City From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural revitalization is one of the most concerned issues in our country.This research mainly focus on the perspective of rural China revitalization,by integrating various factors to construct the empirical analysis for strategies to revitalize the countryside in the city of Zhangye.From the satisfaction of the farmers based on the current rural construction,which range from the policies of rural revitalization,social economy to eco-system construction and highlighting the corresponding problems,to explore better ways for revitalizing rural economic,social and ecological construction in Zhangye City.Through the combination of multi-country related policies,related literature research and econometrics and management related knowledge,we propose a framework for the empirical analysis of farmers' perception of rural revitalization strategy in Zhangye,and investigate 3 issues with quantitative and qualitative methods:(1)farmers' understanding and attitude towards the Village Revitalization Strategy and current rural construction;(2)farmers' satisfaction with regard to rural economy,their social and ecological construction;(3)to explore the revitalization of rural areas in the northwestern China.Then direct optimize planning strategy for their development.This research apply 58 variables to explore the degree of understanding of rural revitalization policies and 3 constructions(i.e.economic,social and ecological construction)based on the above issues.The survey conducted by utilizing quantitative analysis to investigate the most urgent problems in rural construction and the emerged problems of what farmers really concern.The research list the results as following:1.Through statistical analysis of the surveys from farmers' satisfaction on rural construction,to better understand what the farmer really concern and their ideology.With regard to understanding of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,farmer show little understanding and low participation rate,however,the most concerned of farmers have shifted from increasing income to rural governance.In terms of economic construction,farmers are full of enthusiasm on the development of local tourism and to run their own businesses under the guidance of government;On social construction,they thought that the general direction of national policies is great,but the implementation of local policies should adapt to local speciality.The implementations are not enough,resulting in many problems in practice.It was found that farmers' ecological knowledge is lacking in the aspect of ecological construction,the public ecological propaganda is insufficient,while farmers are willing to construct local ecology and learn eco-agriculturaltechnology even with extra-payment.2.Optimize better planning for the rural revitalization of Zhangye City.By combining the farmers' concern and ideology with the current rural construction in Zhangye City.It is concluded that Zhangye government should increase the rural population density based on the principle of bottom-up strategy and emphasize on rural areas.Characteristic resources should be developed for the economic development of Zhangye,then adjust the development strategy to regional agricultural characteristics,what should emphasize more is on the development of renewable resources(such as biogas,natural gas,etc.)and ecotourism.On another,the focus is on the education of farmers' ecological awareness and pay more attention to effective cooperation between governments(local,central etc.).meanwhile,encouraging cooperation between the leadership and farmers,thus enhancing the core cohesion of the countryside.Thirdly,we will focus on the investment of local characteristics in Zhangye City,job enlargement and attract the young and middle-aged laborers to return to their hometowns for employment development.Finally,focusing on the primary strategy of local productivity,focusing on the core strength of agricultural production technology,and the development of smart agriculture,The systematic,micro-simulation technology to simulate and predict the near future rural development provide an opportunity for the agricultural development of Zhangye City and even China.During the construction of rural areas,problems that arise are common and heterosexual.From the aspects of policy,economy,society and ecological construction,by clarifying the specific problems existing,proposing solutions,thus improving the satisfaction of farmers on rural construction and the implementation of policies,further fully develop the rural revitalization of Zhangye City.These would make the rural areas of Zhangye City much more beautiful and better rural life.
