Based On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization To Transform The Mode Of Economic Development

Based on the ecological station, viewpoint and methods of economic development, and the reference such as the transformation of economic development in Modernization theory, and the connotation and present situation analysis between the transformation of the mode of economic development and the construction of ecological civilization, this paper in detail elaborates the economic form of ecological civilization view (such as the circular economy and low carbon economy, green economy, etc.), and then the contradictions in the development process in thorough analysis, and in the international community’s understanding of the consensus of ecological civilization, and then it collects existing theoretical viewpoints and methods, finally it puts forward the results,that is "Based on the construction of ecological civilization to transform the mode of economic development". In this paper, there are two main arteries and veins, the first is the transformation of the pattern of economic development, the second is to carry on the construction of ecological civilization. Through the two factors affiliates to two different systems, actually they should be integrated into the social system. The paper elaborates four aspects including theory foreshadowing, realistic contradictions and comprehensive thinking.The first part is the theoretical foundation part, Firstly it introduces the meaning of the topic selection and the main ideas and the structure and so on; secondly on the review of related theory, which provides a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research. The second part is the core part of the text, including the third chapter. Discussion on China’s economic development mode change in the perspective of ecological civilization construction, the primary task is the research on the meaning and internal consistency of the China’s economic development mode change based on the construction of the ecological civilization. The third part is about path analysis. Based on the consensus reached by the international society for ecological civilization construction, combining the concrete national conditions of our country, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect our country’s law and the related problems of environmental protection laws and regulations; develop slow-carbon economy, and promotes new energy sources such as wind power and nuclear power development and the energy efficiency of the traditional energy such as fossil energy; correctly handles the relationship between industrialization and ecological civilization construction, and sticks to a path of sustainable development and ecological industrial development unswervingly.
