Compensation management plays a significant role in motivating employees.Incentive schemes play an important role in attracting,retaining and promoting employees and are the core content of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.The salary system of Gansu Fourth Construction the First Branch is backward and unitary.The income of employees is not balanced.Therefore,this paper focuses on the optimization of the compensation management scheme of Gansu Fourth Construction the First Branch company as a research topic.Based on the current situation of compensation management of Gansu Fourth Construction the First Branch company,this paper makes an in-depth study and analysis on compensation management theory,incentive theory and key performance indicators,and proposes targeted optimization schemes and relevant implementation guarantee measures.The introduction mainly introduces the writing background,significance,research content,objectives and methods of this paper,and explains the relevant background materials of this paper.The theoretical basis part mainly introduces the current domestic and foreign research status,compensation management,values,structure,level and other basic compensation theories and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,expectations,fairness,key performance indicators and other compensation incentive theories,providing theoretical evidence for this paper’s research.After that,it introduced the basic situation of Gansu Fourth Construction the First Branch and the existing salary management situation.Through the form of questionnaire survey,it understood the internal employees’ satisfaction with the salary and analyzed the main problems existing in the company’s current salary incentive system.Optimizing the compensation management plan of Gansu Fourth Construction the First Branch is the core of this paper.On the basis of clarifying the optimization objectives and principles of the compensation management plan,job classification,job analysis and evaluation are conducted.According to the relative value of each position,specific and targeted compensation optimization plan is proposed.The last part is the safeguard measures,which are proposed from the aspects of organizational guarantee,performance management program improvement and implementation effect estimation to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation optimization program.This paper takes Gansu Fourth Construction the First Branch as the research object,and carries out the optimization design of salary management system from three aspects of salary structure,salary level and salary management process.The compensation management optimization scheme not only provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the enterprise,but also provides reference for other brother enterprises.
