As the process of power market reform continues to accelerate,the power sales side is gradually opening to the market,and market competition is increasingly fierce.In this context,providing leaner services to power customers will be an inevitable choice for the transformation and upgrading of power grid enterprises and a major way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and it will be an important means to achieve quality improvement and efficiency.The most closely related to customer service is the skilled personnel in the enterprise.Therefore,improving the comprehensive quality of the skilled personnel will be the key to enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In order to improve the efficiency of training and achieve the goal of matching employee and posts,this paper takes the skilled personnel of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation as the research object,and deeply studies the training system of skilled personnel through interview,it is found that the existence of knowledge transformation and refining is not deep enough,the training curriculum is out of touch with the actual production,and the application of the evaluation results is insufficient.The reason is that the post competency is not the principle and standard for the establishment of the knowledge system,curriculum system and evaluation system.Therefore,this paper aims to build a job competency model for skilled personnel using behavioral event interview,expert panel,questionnaire survey,principal components analysis,and the analytic hierarchy process.Then,based on the post competency model,the optimization Strategy of the skilled personnel training system is formulated.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation effect of the optimization Strategy and achieve the expected goal,this paper proposes the relevant supporting measures for the training system optimization Strategy.The optimization Strategy proposed in this paper will make the training system of skilled personnel more suitable for the actual needs of employees,enrich the knowledge resources,give full play to the guiding role of the curriculum system,and the training effect is easy to be evaluated,making the training system a favorable guarantee for the employees to grow up.In addition,the optimization Strategy proposed in this paper has certain operability,which can help Guangdong Power Grid Corporation solve the problems existing in the training system of skilled personnel,thus guiding the practice of corporate training.
