China is rich in hydropower resources.In the "13th Five-Year plan",the state proposed to vigorously develop the hydropower industry and improve the total installed capacity of hydropower.DJ power plant is an early hydropower plant in China.In the new round of power system reform,it is necessary to respond to the increasingly fierce market competition in the future.How to improve the competence and productivity of the whole staff through training and improve the performance of the whole staff to meet the needs of the market competition has become an urgent problem that the current enterprises need to study and solve urgently.Based on the basic theories and methods of human resource management,organizational behavior and management economics,this paper investigates the status of staff training in DJ power plant by questionnaire,and finds that there are some problems in the training of the employees,such as single training methods,poor training effect,and the analysis of these problems.The reason is that the staff training is lack of pertinence.BEI(behavioral event interview),semi structured interview,questionnaire survey and other research methods are used to construct the competency model of DJ power plant employees,which are composed of 17 important competence qualities,such as learning ability,logical thinking,organizational planning,team cooperation and so on.Based on the post competency model,the main contents of the training system are the analysis of staff training demand,training course design,training plan formulation and training effect evaluation.Finally,the necessary conditions for the smooth implementation of the training system in DJ power plant are further discussed,including organization guarantee,system guarantee and fund guarantee.The construction of DJ power plant staff training system based on the post competency model enriches the training framework of DJ power plant,makes the training work smoothly and efficiently,avoids the shortage of traditional training,improves the training level of the employees,and has a definite reference for the training of other enterprises.
