Study On The Standardization Of Financial Governance Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives In Hunan Province

Farmers' professional cooperatives are a good form for farmers to enter the market and participate in competition,and are also an important organizational form for promoting agricultural industrialization.The financial governance status of farmers' professional cooperatives is the key to organizational efficiency.It not only affects the development benefits of the entire cooperative,but also relates to the prosperity of China's rural industries and the development prospects of rural economy.However,with the expansion of the number and scale of cooperatives,problems such as unreasonable financial decisions,inadequate financial incentives,and inadequate financial constraints have emerged in cooperatives,which have severely restricted the development of cooperatives.Therefore,how to do a good job of management within the cooperatives,play a role in financial governance,and promote the standardization of financial governance are of great significance.Based on the research of principal-agent theory,incomplete contract theory,stakeholder theory and evolutionary game theory,this paper defines the definition,principles,and development trends of farmers' professional cooperatives,defines the concepts of financial governance and mechanisms of cooperatives,and Analysis of financial governance elements from a perspective.Secondly,based on the analysis of survey data,the current situation of financial governance of farmers' professional cooperatives in Hunan Province is summarized,and the focus is on the phenomenon of non-standard financial governance in cooperatives.Then,from the perspective of stakeholders,the game model between core members and ordinary members,government and cooperatives is separately constructed to profoundly analyze the influence of stakeholder actions on financial governance of cooperatives and explore the equilibrium of financial management norms of cooperatives.On this basis,the financial governance connotation system of farmers' professional cooperatives is constructed from the three perspectives of financial decisions,financial incentives,and financial constraints,and used to measure the relationship with the performance of cooperatives.Through specific case analysis,it has proved that the financial governance situation has an impact on the performance of cooperatives,and emphasizes the importance of financial governance in the development of cooperatives.Finally,it proposes to standardize the behavior of stakeholders and improve the standardization of financial governance from the aspects of improving government support and optimizing financial governance mechanisms.
