In the process of agricultural industrialization management and agricultural modernization,farmers' professional cooperatives are extremely important rural economic cooperation organizations,which promote the steady growth of farmers' income and the continuous improvement of agricultural modernization.As an emerging rural economic cooperation organization,in the process of continuous development,cooperatives have comprehensively and effectively balanced the interests of relevant stakeholders and achieved the maximum comprehensive profit.The author is engaged in the breeding,planting and promotion of Chinese medicinal materials in Lishui City,Nujiang Prefecture.The region belongs to the deep poverty-stricken areas of the country.Through long-term observation,he has a deep understanding of the operation and development experience of farmers' professional cooperatives in deep poverty areas.In the crucial period of poverty alleviation,how to combine the actual situation of Lishui City in Nujiang City,not only can we use the relevant policies of the country,but also organize farmers through cooperatives to achieve concentrated efforts,while at the same time developing the collective economy for the future.The rural revitalization laid the foundation.The farmers' professional cooperatives in Lishui City,Nujiang Prefecture,took an important step in the practice of the new agricultural science management system in the Nujiang area,and effectively improved the organization of rural organizations.At the same time,they rationally reformed.The diversified business model of agricultural industrialization has enhanced the core competitiveness of local agricultural and sideline products in the market.Farmers' professional cooperative organizations in poverty-stricken areas also have many problems in the development process,such as “zombie cooperatives”,the conflicts of interests between members cannot be effectively balanced,illegally encroaching on the interests of others,and improper acting.Such phenomena are in deep poverty areas.more obvious.This is mainly caused by the fact that cooperatives are not regulated by norms.After long-term practice,it is concluded that cooperatives must obtain standardized and long-term development,especially in the Nujiang River in deep poverty-stricken areas,which cannot be separated from the effective governance of the government.As one of the stakeholders of agricultural professional cooperatives,the government must provide a strong guarantee for the development of cooperatives through rational allocation of existing resources,and realize the collective economic development in the true sense.In order to clarify the interests of farmers' professional cooperatives and their stakeholders' interests,this paper selects the cooperative members,the leaders,customers and suppliers,and the government as the main stakeholder research objects,hoping to benefit the farmers' professional cooperatives.The Community is premised on a detailed study of each stakeholder in order to share the benefits of the benefits and promote poverty alleviation.First of all,the article is based on the theory of farmers' professional cooperatives and the literature review of the results report in the field of stakeholder theory,providing a solid theoretical basis for the specific research of major stakeholders and farmers' professional cooperatives;then defining the main interests of farmers' professional cooperatives.To analyze the stakeholders who influence the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,to clarify the interests of stakeholders and farmers' professional cooperatives,and to clarify the interests of major stakeholders and farmers' professional cooperatives.The investigation and study on the current management status of farmers' professional cooperatives in Lishui City,in order to provide reference for the improvement and management of farmers' professional cooperative systems in poverty-stricken areas,and promote the scientific development of farmers' professional cooperatives.
