Research On Land Location Based On Full Arrangement Polygon Graphic Index Method

This paper used the theory of niche,land potential energy and geographical potential energy to put forward the theory of land location and built a land location index system based on this theory.Combined with the relevant indicator data of Hunan Province from 2009 to 2014,the calculation method was based on the full-arranged polygon icon index method.The purpose was to explore new land evaluation methods on the basis of traditional land evaluation theory,and used Hunan Province as an example to conduct empirical demonstration to provide a new research perspective for land use.The results showed:(1)Individual indicators showed that the economic indicators of Hunan Province gradually increased over time,and the value of economic structure indicators tended to be reasonable;the value of social indicators increased year by year,and the population index value increased steadily;environmental pollution control has achieved certain results,but the level of governance needed to be increased.The comprehensive level of vegetation protection became better,and the coordination of resources tended to be reasonable.(2)According to the comprehensive index,the land location in Hunan Province showed an upward trend from 2009 to 2014.Among them,the economic land location rose from 0.04 in 2009 to 0.80 in 2014;the social land location also rose from 0.00 in 2009 to 0.72 in 2014.On the other hand,the comprehensive land location rose from 0.31 in 2009 to 0.60 in 2014,except that the economic land location,social land location,and comprehensive land location were all greater than 0.50 in 2013-2014,and land values in other years were between 0.00 to 0.44.(3)From the individual years,the land location kept in an unstable state.Judging from the development trend of the land location,the resource land location has decreased from 0.15 in 2010 to 0.02 in 2011,and has been rising since 2012-2014.The ecological land location dropped from 0.24 in 2010 to 0.12 in 2011,and rose from 0.12 in 2012 to 0.35 in 2014.(4)From the point of view of land evaluation,the economic land location,social land location,resource land location and ecological land location were at the worst level from 2009 to 2011,and the comprehensive land location was also at a poor level.From 2012 to 2014,the comprehensive level of economic,social,resource,and ecological land location in Hunan Province increased significantly,and the comprehensive land location also rose from a poor level to a better level.From the same year,since 2012,the economic and social land location have reached a general level,which has improved relative to 2009-2011 as a whole.In summary,the size of the land location can be used to measure the comprehensive level of land in the region.The higher the land location,the higher the comprehensive level of the region,and vice versa.
