Study On The Location And Environment Of Rural Construction Land In Integrated Mountainous Area

Rural construction land is the carrier of social economy of rural residents. With the rapid advancing of urbanization and new rural construction, the demand for construction land became more heavily all of people. So, how to carry on the reasonable layout of rural construction land, exploit the geographical advantages of the limited resources about the rural construction land, achieve optimal location layout, make full use of the surrounding ancillary facilities to adjust measures to local conditions, is the frontier topic of theory regions.This thesis takes the location assessment of rural construction as a main line, along with the research progress of location environment of rural construction land, research theory and technological methods, the investigation and analysis of geographical environment, the evaluation of geographical environment, the analysis of regional environment evaluation results, and the logical order of research conclusion, to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of geographical environment evaluation about the rural construction land. And a qualitative and quantitative analysis about the location influencing factors is made by using multi-factor comprehensive analysis method and combining with the GIS spatial analysis technology. Building the appraisal model of rural construction land location environment, estimating the current situation of the rural construction land in location advantages can forecast the potential location advantages in the study area; Choosing the optimal location to layout, and explicit that what kind of location factors can improve the regional location advantages, which plays a guiding role in the construction of new countryside and the layout of construction lands.The main result of this study are organized as follows:This study shows that:1) A rural area whose location advantage decreases progressively from the town center to the periphery has the same law of diminishing in the distribution area of construction land;2) The more superior the location is, the more concentrated the rural construction land is, on the contrary, the rural construction land distribution is more fragmented;3)The superiority of location in rural construction land diminishes like a belt toward the sides of the main road, which leads to tendency of distribution along the way in rural construction;4) Because mountain elevation and slope topography condition is still restricted the rural construction land distribution, the scale of rural construction land is small, the degree of concentration is low and the geographical environment space is quite different in poor topography condition area.
