China's express delivery industry cooperates with rapidly growing ECommerce in the last decade.China's express delivery industry reached RMB 140 billion in total in 2014,bringing its marketing size to the first place in the world.The average annual growth rate is above 50% for 4 consecutive years.The export value exceeded RMB a hundred billion and the online transaction exceed RMB 2 trillion,with support from China's express delivery industry.It is a great opportunity and competitive challenge for China's express enterprises.China's express enterprises need to emphasize boosting customer satisfaction and improving convenience in the next further.Currently,the Asia's customers are the least satisfied with Ecommerce,only 50% percent of them being pleased with their experience.To boost customer satisfaction,the distribution of drop-off location(service point)is an important weight among completion.It will have an impact on market competitiveness and sustainable development capability of China's express enterprises,whether the distribution of drop-off location(service point)is reasonable or not.This paper focus on the balance of the lean management and the quality of service.The purpose of this paper is to seek the optimum combination of the numbers of drop-off location(service point)and the levels of coverage;to seek the optimum and general patterns of the operating cost and quality of service.This paper is to solve three key problems.First,establish the new methodology to design the intra-city's the distribution of drop-off location(service point).The estimated number of drop-off locations(service point)is obtained by the product of business volumes and service coverage.Design and develop the software to visualize the distribution of drop-off location(service point).Second,establish the coverage model after understating the importance of distribution of drop-off location.In this model,the reasonable index is the product of business volumes and service coverage according to the situation.The last is to design a software to manage the customers and evaluate the service point.This software has three layers,which is the database layer,the logic operation layer and the visualization layer.The database layer communicate with logic operation layer by ETL.The database connection pool is to access the data from the database layer and the visualization layer.The SAP-UI5 frame will achieve the visualization.In this paper,first,review the performance appraisal index system of drop-off location(service point)and intra-city's express distribution network,and compare the advantages and disadvantages of different networks and optimization models.Secondly,summarize the performance appraisal with application in express delivery enterprises,and conclude the performance appraisal index system of drop-off location(service point).Then,suggest the optimization model for intra-city's express distribution network.Last but not least,compare the consistency of differences from optimization model and the performance appraisal index system.
