With the development of e-commerce and mobile internet,the number of express delivery in the same city in China is increasing year by year.Due to the increasing demand of consumers for personalized and specialized delivery services,the problem of insufficient capacity for express delivery in the same city is particularly prominent.Crowdsourcing logistics,which is developed with the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and full utilization of idle social resources,has become a new mode to solve the problem of express delivery in the same city.Crowdsourcing logistics is a crowdsourcing mode based on crowdsourcing logistics platform,which outsources express delivery tasks to the public to achieve the socialization and fragmentation of logistics delivery force.According to existing research,taxis have great advantages in the same city delivery.If it can solve the problem of city delivery for taking the taxi for transportation? Based on the crowdsourcing logistics platform and taking taxis as transport capacity,this thesis uses real taxi operation data and simulated delivery demand data to study the non-instant and instant delivery in the same city.In order to solve the problem of non-instant delivery with receiving time window,this thesis puts forward the scheme of outsourcing part of the delivery demand to taxis,builds an integer programming model to maximize the number of taxi delivery and taxi driver's income,designs a genetic algorithm with the encoding natural number,and calculates the supplementary capacity for express enterprises.The results show that,on the basis of fully satisfying the customer's receiving time,this scheme can supplement more than 15% of the capacity for express delivery enterprises,and at the same time,both taxi drivers and platforms can increase their income.For the problem of instant delivery,the taxi is introduced as a supplementary transportation capacity.An integer programming model is constructed to maximize the number of taxi delivery and the driver's income.A binary encoding genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The results show that the capacity of taxis as a supplementary transport capacity can meet more distribution needs,and taxi drivers and platforms can also benefit from it,and at the meanwhile reducing the empty taxi driving rate by up to 20%.The results of this study have a certain practical significance,which can supplement more than 15% of the capacity for express delivery enterprises,effectively meet the demand of instant delivery;increase the income of taxi drivers and the crowdsourcing logistics platform;also provide a reference for taxi enterprises to improve management mechanism;and provide new ideas for energy saving and emission reduction.
