Innovation is the first driving force for development.In a rapidly changing market environment,companies that want to gain long-term competitive advantage must rely on innovation to adapt to market trends.The realization of enterprise ambidexterity innovation is related to the development prospects of enterprises,and it is also an important issue that academics and industry have been paying attention to.Retiring new technologies and new products by investing large amounts of resources in the short term to achieve significant exploratory innovations,neglecting daily improvements to existing products and services,or relying on the introduction of new technologies and methods to improve productivity and service quality,both of which will cause innovation imbalance,bring the crisis of enterprise survival.Scenario variables including the innovation climate are important influencing factors of dual innovation.Relevant researches show that the innovation climate has a significant effect on enterprise innovation,but the existing research on the innovation climate affects the dual innovation and the internal mechanism of the impact mechanism is not thorough enough.Knowledge is an important strategic resource for enterprise development.The innovation climate will affect the dynamic activities of knowledge dissemination,absorption,internalization and creation in the organization.At the same time,the dynamic capability also has a significant effect on the ambidexterity innovation.Therefore,this study selects the dynamic capability based on knowledge as a mediator to analyze the impact of organizational innovation climate on ambidexterity innovation,which is of great significance.This study is based on Social Exchange Theory,Organizational Support Theory,Knowledge-Based Theory of the Firm,Organization Ambidexterity Theory,combined with related literature,putting forward relevant hypotheses,constructing the theoretical model of “innovation climate-dynamic capability-ambidexterity innovation”.The questionnaire survey method combining pre-survey and formal survey is adopted,based on the survey data of high-tech enterprises.The reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the data were carried out by SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0,and the mediation effect of dynamic capability was tested by full model.The study explores the influence mechanism of innovation climate on dual innovation and the mediating role of knowledge-based dynamic capability.This study also explores the impact of control variables on innovation climate,dynamic capability,and ambidexterity innovation through independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance.Research shows that organizational support,teamwork,and independent work have a significant positive impact on both exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation.Organizational support,teamwork,and independent work positively influence knowledge-based dynamic capability.Knowledge-based dynamic capability plays a mediating role in the “innovation climate-ambidexterity innovation”.The results of the independent variable analysis show that the influence of organizational support is most significant in the impact of exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation,followed by teamwork,and the impact of independent work is minimal.Finally,this study analyzes and explains the results of each hypothesis test,and management suggestions and countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: creating a good atmosphere for innovation,promoting the development of dynamic capability of enterprises,balancing the development of exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation.
