Along with the development of e-commerce,the O2 O mode of shopping in a department store experience gradually replaced the traditional retail consumption form,new shopping shopping demand and philosophy in the 21 st century Internet tide of be vividly portrayed on the background of electric business platform in new retail shopping mode under the guidance of development from birth to maturity gradually supply chain concept in the new retail model under the guidance of gradually with the further development in this background,more and more scholars pay close attention to the electric business platform distribution problem of supply chain,from the production end-customer terminal efficiency of path optimization decision analysis for the researchers more and more attention Most scholars focus on warehousing benefit economic analysis and optimization evaluation in supply chain distribution and front-end distribution of platform sales under the background of e-commerce in the new retail model.In the situation of front distribution of electric business platform,at first we established the brands,the intermediate carriers and the electric business platform,which consists of three layers of the supply chain.The introduction of security interest and economic loss,with super network theory to build the optimal target model,the use of variational inequalities for the optimal target,and based on the front-end distribution network under the overall balance of the optimal solution for the existence and uniqueness.Secondly,it introduces the consumer market,considers the supply chain network equilibrium model under the uncertain demand,introduces the time parameter,constructs the consumer demand function,and analyzes the front-end subject decision change under the demand fluctuation.The validity of the model is verified by numerical analysis of an example.Through the research,it is found that the safe delivery rate and economic loss ofthe front-end integrated distribution network are both better than the independent distribution mode of the traditional special line,and the economic benefits of each subject under the front-end integrated mode are significantly higher than that of the traditional special line distribution mode.For brand operators,the profit improvement space brought by their choice of intensive management and distribution in the front-end integration mode is greater than that of the distribution cost in the front-end integration mode.For intermediate carriers,their target revenue is affected by the optimal price decision,optimal delivery volume and cost factors.For e-commerce platforms,the increase of safe warehousing rate and the decrease of economic loss in the front-end integration mode can further guarantee the inventory of e-commerce and avoid the loss of the platform caused by the lack of goods sold,which has important guiding significance for the shopping section of e-commerce platforms such as 618 and nov 11.In the supply chain network distribution model with uncertain demand,the profit of e-commerce platform is greatly affected by the fluctuation of transaction price and market transaction volume,while the transaction volume of brand merchants is affected by the expected price of market consumers.The change of profit is positively correlated with the change of market demand,and negatively correlated with the change of inventory.The research results are of great guiding value to the integration and optimization of e-commerce front-end distribution network.
