With the improvement of consumers' living standards,the change of consumption concept,and the maturity of e-commerce and the continuous improvement of cold chain logistics,fresh e-commerce is speeding up their layouts.However,the e-commerce platform seems to be incapable in the distribution process of fresh products.The main reasons include: high logistics costs,terminal distribution stations are far away from customers,high product loss rate,and a lot of after-sale complaints.Therefore,rational and correct site selection and optimization of the distribution path of urban fresh cold chain can improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics,ensure the quality of fresh products,reduce the customer complaint rate,and reduce the operating cost of logistics.Thus,the efficiency of enterprises can be improved and cold chain logistics can be healthily promoted.The paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of cold chain logistics in site selection and distribution path optimization;then,it introduces the main development and operation mode of domestic fresh e-commerce,and explains and analyzes the emerging concept of “front warehouse”.Secondly,based on the principle of least cost,the bi-level programming model of the front warehouse cold chain distribution network optimization is established.Thirdly,the advantages and disadvantages of different algorithms are discussed.According to the actual situation,the minimum envelopment method and the annealing algorithm are combined to solve the model.Finally,the paper takes the optimization of the location and distribution route of the front warehouse of the fresh E-commerce company A in the Wangjing area of Chaoyang District,Beijing as an example,and carries out data collection and model solving to obtain the most preferred address plan and the best distribution path.It proves that the models and algorithms provided in this paper practically feasible.The model provided in this paper is conducive to reduce operating costs,expand user groups,improve user experience and enhance user stickiness.
