Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviiation At The Grassroots Level From The Perspective Of Public Administration

Poverty has always been a common problem faced by all countries.As China's targeted poverty alleviation has entered the final critical period,whether the targeted poverty alleviation can be completed on time and with high quality is of great importance to the development process of the whole country and the real life of the people.Therefore,based on the poverty alleviation for the theme research accurately at the grassroots level in Kailu county for example,on the basis of domestic and foreign research results in this paper,using the functions of the government,the public service,social equity and justice and anti-poverty theory,in the perspective of public administration,from the perspective of public administration,discussing the basic situation of targeted poverty alleviation in Kailu county from all the aspects of targeted poverty alleviation of the organization and leadership,the special project,the industrial project and social support,meanwhile,the problems encountered in the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy are listed,and from the ideology,system,norms,supervision and assessment,and other aspects to find and analyze the cause of the problem,at the same time,introducing relevant cases of poverty alleviation and poverty reduction at home and abroad as well as the experience and inspiration of targeted poverty alleviation in China and Kailucounty,it also puts forward some personal reference suggestions to strengthen targeted poverty alleviation by raising ideological awareness,improving various mechanisms of targeted poverty alleviation,steadily advancing targeted poverty alleviation work,strengthening the supervision and management of targeted poverty alleviation and the construction of the rule of law,improving the assessment and evaluation system of targeted poverty alleviation and further consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.At the end of this paper,the corresponding conclusions are concluded and the significance of innovation and practice is pointed out.
