Research On The Influence Path Of Absorptive Capacity On Innovation Performance

Because pharmaceutical enterprises rely on R & D technology and R & D output,improving innovation performance can strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.There are two main ways to improve innovation output,one is to improve innovation performance through independent development,the other is to obtain knowledge and resources from the outside to enhance the innovation performance of enterprises.At present,there are many ways of external acquisition,such as purchasing patent license,strategic alliance and technology M & A.among them,M & A is the most widely used in practice,which can enhance the innovation output ability of enterprises.It is also the field that researchers study the most.The absorptive capacity of enterprises plays a key role in the acquisition of external technology,and plays an important role in the integration effect after mergers and acquisitions.However,there is little research on absorptive capacity.Based on this,from the perspective of technology mergers and acquisitions,this paper divides absorptive capacity into three dimensions: identification and acquisition,understanding and digestion,transformation and utilization.In this paper,content analysis is used to code from three levels to explore the impact of absorptive capacity on innovation performance.This paper takes the technology merger and acquisition incident of China Resources 39 to Tianhe,Guilin,in 2013 as a case study.the results show that the identification and acquisition ability can enable enterprises to make a reasonable evaluation according to their own development strategy orientation and their own situation.Select the appropriate enterprises to carry out mergers and acquisitions to promote the improvement of innovation performance.The ability of understanding and digestion enables enterprises to analyze,explain and understand the information obtained from external sources,update the company's knowledge reserve,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,and achieve the improvement of innovation performance.Transformation and application ability can transform effective information,accelerate the absorption of new knowledge,and achieve effective integration and innovation.
