Research On The Development Model And Optimization Of Fishermen's Home Music In Fotan Town Of Zhangzhou City From The Perspective Of Industrial Integration

Yujiale tourism belongs to agricultural tourism.It is a new type of agricultural management that combines agriculture and tourism effectively to attract tourists through pastoral scenery,agricultural work,special agricultural products and local culture.The development of Yujiale can effectively promote the convergent development of agriculture and tourism,increase job opportunities for local farmers,raise their income,hence promote the overall development of the countryside and achieve prosperity for all farmers.As a new field of tourism,Yujiale has been initially developed in Fotan Town.The scenery of Fotan Town is beautiful and the geographical environment is superior,which are the advantageous to develop Yujiale.While grasping the development trend of agricultural tourism,how to determine the future development and innovation model and industrial convergence is of great significance to the development of the entire Fotan town.Taking the development of Yujiale in Fotan Town as an example,this paper uses the literature review method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method to sort out the general situation and tourism resources of Fotan Town,and conduct SWOT analysis on it.Next,by analyzing the valid questionnaires,this paper summarizes the driving mechanism,process,creativity and outcome of Fotan Yujiale's industrialconvergence.At the same time,the study also found some problems during the development of Fotan Town's Yujiale,which include undiversified product marketing method,serious tourism product homogenization,serious damage to the surrounding environment,inadequate supporting facilities,lack of featured agricultural products,etc.According to the research conclusions,this study proposes corresponding countermeasures.First,the government should strengthen its management functions,promote the scale of the Yujiale tourism industry,improve the convergence of Yujiale tourism and agriculture,improve the infrastructure construction of Fotan Town,and cultivating professional managers for Yujiale.Secondly,the operators themselves must improve their operation and management capabilities,open up the convergence path of Yujiale industry in Fotan Town,deep-process fish products and create specialty products.In the future,the model of village collective organization + management association guidance +farmers' participation to the development should be given priority to develop Fotan Town's Yujiale.
