“Agriculture,rural areas and farmers” problem is always the major problem in Chinese economic and social development,as well as a key element of uneven regional development,especially in marginal mountainous areas.Due the influence of the natural geographical,the social history development,and other factors,mountainous areas is given priority to with small-scale peasant economy,it is difficult to carry out large-scale mechanization of agriculture,low level of agricultural productivity and farmers' income increasing slowly,staying slow backward state for a long time.As the post-industrial era dominated by service economy,the fragility of ecological environment of mountainous area are not allowed to follow a traditional path of industrialization,be badly in need of new solutions.While tourism as a strategic pillar industry of national economy,has strong integration and will guide the whole construction machinery.And the combination between tourism and agriculture is effective in promoting the farmers' income,improving rural environment,as one of the methods to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Tourism agriculture,as a new type of agriculture,is a new original consumption agriculture produced by tourism and agriculture integration,which regards the urban tourists as the main consumer target market,adjusting and transforming agricultural production.Its development principle is that in tourism development regions,transforming the consumer target market of traditional agriculture from indiscriminate commodity market to distinct tourism market,in view of the city residents' tourism consumption demand upgrade,adjust the structure of the part of the traditional agricultural planting and breeding,to provide urban tourists “green”,“organic”,“quality” agricultural products,to develop agricultural value-added,farmers' income,the rural reform and realize the sustainable healthy development of the mountainous agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Therefore,this article is based on domestic and foreign researches about tourism agriculture,the background of the rural tourism development,and analysis of tourism agriculture,tourism agriculture,to clearly define the concept of tourism agriculture.On this basis,this article summarizes the development of tourism agriculture at home and abroad,providing practical cases to support this article.At the same time,based on the theory of industry convergence,from fusion motivation,fusion mechanism,fusion effect three aspects,analyze driving factors,operation mechanism and the development effect of tourism agriculture development in mountain areas,trying to build a conceptual model of tourism agricultural development.Then selecting Neixiang County as a case to study,the survey found Neixiang County have the better tourism development superiority and the good agriculture as the foundation,and part of villages and towns have developed tourism agriculture.Using field research method and content analysis method,analyze tourism agriculture development process,spatial distribution,type,and effects of Neixiang County's tourism agriculture development,and find several issues such as single type,short industry chain,product market is not sound,etc.At last,reference the experience of development of domestic and abroad tourism agriculture,combining Neixiang case studies,from the aspects such as layout,production,marketing,etc,put forward some countermeasures and Suggestions for tourism agriculture development in mountainous areas.
