Research On The Promotion Of Agricultural Machinery Professional Cooperatives By Fuzhou Municipal Government

In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy,agricultural machinery professional cooperatives,as a new type of agricultural economic organization,play an important role in promoting agricultural mechanization and promoting agricultural modernization.At present,China encourages the establishment of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives and requires local governments to support,guide and serve the development of local agricultural machinery professional cooperatives according to local conditions.In order to promote the development of cooperatives for agricultural machinery,Fuzhou has done a lot of work in the training of talents,capital investment,demonstration and promotion of cooperatives,and also has achieved certain results.However,the overall work still exists:Slow progress of information construction,few ways to support subsidies.Unsatisfied of the training effect,uncomprehensive of the guidance work which are urgent to fill the short board.This paper stands in the perspective of the government's promotion of the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives,innovatively starting from the measures taken by the local government to promote and through the way of interviewing questions,the reasons for the problems caused by the Fuzhou Municipal Government in promoting the development of agricultural machinery cooperatives are: weakness of the initiative and the grassroots team,insufficient of the work energy;neglected of the control of the training effect;lack of the supervision and evaluation system.Refer to the good practices adopted by the Taiwan region to promote the development of agricultural cooperative organizations,summing up their advanced experience,put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation in Fuzhou: Firstly,the government strengthens internal government management,strictly implements document regulations,stabilizes grassroots teams;secondly,creating a good development environment,revitalizing land resources and achieve cooperation and win-win;thirdly,increasing training for grassroots personnel,existing professional cooperative talents and other different groups,and introducing high-quality professionals;Fourth,providing flexible and diverse support methods to broaden the financing channels;The fifth is to improve the supervision and management mechanism for the agricultural machinery professional cooperatives and the government.
