Research On Sino-russian Agricultural Investment Cooperation

At the China-US Agricultural High-Level Seminar,Xi Jinping proposed that "China always attaches great importance to national food security,and regards the development of agriculture,the benefit of the countryside,the affluent peasants,and the stable resolution of the food situation of 1.3 billion people as the top priority for the administration of the country." Undoubtedly,as one of the world's leading wheat exporters,the Russian government has also been actively involved in solving the global food crisis and has played a vital role.In recent years,China and Russia have achieved good results in organizing cooperation in various fields.The differences in agricultural product structure between the two countries are obvious,and agriculture is expected to become one of the most promising areas of cooperation between the two countries.The solution to the world food security issue depends on cooperation in the field of food production between the two countries.The uneven structure of agricultural products provides a market space for Sino-Russian agricultural investment cooperation.China and Russia will launch multi-level and multi-field cooperation and development.Agricultural investment cooperation is an important area for bilateral cooperation between China and Russia.The two sides have strong complementarities in the supply and demand of agricultural resources and agricultural products.This thesis sorts out and summarizes the relevant research literatures of the thesis,and uses the relevant theories of international investment cooperation to study in detail the basic conditions,status quo and characteristics of Sino-Russian agricultural investment cooperation,and comprehensively analyzes the effects brought about by Sino-Russian agricultural investment cooperation.On this basis,we will find out the problems existing in Sino-Russian agricultural investment cooperation,and then propose countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural investment cooperation between the two countries.The research results of this thesis have certain reference value for the relevant departments of China to formulate the Sino-Russian agricultural investment cooperation policies and countermeasures,and also provide a good paradigm for the cooperation research between China and other countries in agriculture.
