| This paper focuses on the main aspects of precise poverty alleviation work,including precise identification,precise assistance and precise management.Starting from the influencing factors of Baidi Town,Fengjie County,through field interviews and questionnaires,this paper makes in-depth research and Analysis on various factors affecting rural residents' satisfaction with precise poverty alleviation work,in order to find out the precise poverty alleviation workers.The main influencing factors of job satisfaction,and according to the factors found,put forward relevant conclusions and enlightenment.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter focuses on the research background,significance and practical research methods.The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and research progress at home and abroad.The third chapter is to explain the present situation of precise poverty alleviation in Baidi Town of Fengjie County.Chapter four analyses the questionnaire survey and field interview.The fifth chapter summarizes and analyses the factors affecting satisfaction.Chapter 7 concludes and enlightens,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction of poverty alleviation work in Baidi Town,Fengjie County.Through the research,we find that the satisfaction of precise poverty alleviation is not only the problem of working methods,but also the problem of transition of poverty alleviation policies.The core is the understanding and implementation of policies by cadres at all levels.At the same time,the cognitive level of rural residents themselves and the expectations of policies are closely related to the satisfaction of precise poverty alleviation.Only through comprehensive measures,such as propaganda and guidance,work execution,education and education,can we really increase the recognition of the masses and achieve a substantial increase in the satisfaction of rural residents. |
