The Effect Of Precise Poverty Alleviation In Deep Poverty Areas And The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Poor Households

In 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that the whole party,society and country should be fully mobilized to take targeted approach to alleviating poverty.As an ancient Chinese proverb goes,"give a fish to a man;he has food for a day,but teach a man to fish;he learns a skill for a lifetime." To completely mitigate poverty and backwardness,"transfusing capitals" is not sufficient to help the poor.In recent years,Xinjiang exceled in effectively implementing the targeted poverty alleviation policy,especially once extremely poor Shaya County,which located in southern Xinjiang.Under the guidance of the targeted poverty alleviation policy,it carried out a series of poverty alleviation work through various effective means,such as industrial poverty alleviation,education poverty alleviation,etc.,which plays a significant role in lifting local poor households out of povertyBased on this,from the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,this paper analyzed and discussed the targeted poverty alleviation work in Shaya County,Xinjiang.Leveraging questionnaires and other research methods,this paper probed into the effect of targeted poverty alleviation in Shaya County and the satisfaction of poor households.In this study,a sample of 2,400 people was selected,of which the total number of poor people was 825.Since this study conducted a survey on the satisfaction of targeted poverty alleviation policies,the main target of poverty alleviation is the poorThe following results were obtained through the survey:there are 11 evaluation indicators with"(?)" satisfaction degree,6 evaluation indicators with "(?)" satisfaction degree,and 2 evaluation indicators with "(?)" satisfaction degree.It shows that there are still some aspects that current targeted poverty alleviation policy needs to cover,so it is necessary to upgrade the poverty alleviation work,press ahead with the practical effect,increase policy support,and adhere to targeted poverty alleviationIn short,in the research,this paper mainly drew the following conclusions.First,with the end of the targeted poverty alleviation work,Xinjiang has made many beneficial practices in implementing the targeted poverty alleviation work,and has achieved certain results,which provides supports to the poor areas;second,Shaya County had some problems in implementing targeted poverty alleviation,such as the lack of necessary guidance for industrial poverty alleviation and the flawed assessment mechanism for targeted poverty alleviation,etc.These problems have restricted the depth of targeted poverty alleviation to a certain extent.Third,the effect of the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy and the satisfaction of the poor households are directly related to the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation work.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,several suggestions for the current implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy in Shaya County were put forward,including countermeasures and suggestions for the purpose of targeted poverty alleviation in the southern Xinjiang region about how to implement the targeted poverty alleviation policy,improve the satisfaction of the people in the poverty-stricken areas with clear poverty alleviation goals,optimize the assessment mechanism,and underpin industrial support,hence offering necessary reference for the comprehensive implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in southern Xinjiang and even Xinjiang.
