For a long time, all countries around the world have been fighting against poverty, and human beings have been seeking effective measures to get rid of poverty.Helping the poverty-stricken areas and the poor people out of poverty to build a moderately prosperous society has become our party's top priority since the reform and opening up.To achieve this goal, the Party Central Committee put forward the concept of targeted poverty alleviation. It is a project with a large system,a large number of participants, and a large amount of investment, through which the incidence of poverty from 10.2%at the beginning of implementation has reduced to 0.6%at present in China, which can be described as fruitful results. However, there were also many problems appearing in the process of implementing targeted poverty alleviation. There are either regional problems or common problems with different characteristics. All regions need to study carefully the factors affecting targeted poverty alleviation and put forward corresponding solutions to the problems.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of targeted poverty alleviation work.Through on-the-spot investigation of the current situation of targeted poverty alleviation work in County D and investigation of the existing results of poverty alleviation work, combined with the actual results,it is found that there exists some problems. For example, some poor households in the county are overdependent on the policy, the quality of poverty alleviation is unstable, economic effects from industrial development are insignificant, poor households have insufficient awareness of independent development, and village-level infrastructure is inadequate.County D has completed the task of alleviating poverty by the end of 2019 and is currently at a critical moment in the acceptance and check process. This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of targeted poverty alleviation in D County.Firstly,it sorts out the number of poor households, causes of poverty and the ratio of those who have not been lifted out of poverty in the information system of registered poverty-stricken households from 2016 to 2019 in County D.Taking the basic conditions of poor households such as health status, education level, labor ability, working status, working time and per capita net income as variables and adopting the descriptive analysis of one-way ANOVA in a statistical analysis software named SPSS,it then observes the mean, variance, standard deviation, maximum and minimum values of variables in different years and analyzes the changes in the basic characteristics of the poor as poverty eradication progresses.Secondly,it tests the correlation of various variables by using chi-square test and the positive and negative values of Spearman correlation R and verifies the impacts of nine variables respectively, including the number of poor families, working hours, net income per capita, educational level, health status, labor skills, working conditions, the attributes of poor households and the main causes of poverty,on the poverty alleviation of poor households by introducing significant correlation variables into binary logistic regression model, the cross-sectional data of 2016-2019.The innovation intention of this paper is mainly manifested in two aspects:(1)Use the binary logistic regression analysis method to analyze the annual cross-section data of there years respectively, and observe the changes in the factors affecting poverty alleviation of each year.(2)Through comprehensive analysis and regression approach, the influencing factors of County D's targeted poverty alleviation work are obtained, and countermeasures and suggestions for various factors are put forward.
