Research On Financial Quality Evaluation Of Modern Service Industry In GEM

In order to improve the financing capacity of SMEs and promote the healthy development of China’s capital market,China formally introduced the GEM market in 2009 October and listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange.The establishment of the growth enterprise market plays a positive role in improving the fund accommodation ability of SMEs and supporting the development of high-tech enterprises.However,with the emergence of this new market,regulators,enterprises and investors will inevitably have many problems,and the financial quality of enterprises is the most concerned issue.How to analyze and evaluate the financial quality of GEM listed companies to prevent or avoid financial problems that may be caused by decision-making errors has become an urgent problem for investors and business managers.Compared with the main board market,GEM listed companies have higher growth and profitability,but their scale is small,development time is short,it is easy to be disturbed by internal and external environment,and the degree of instability is high,so the evaluation of their financial quality is also difficult.Therefore,how to improve the financial quality evaluation of the listed companies on the gem is an urgent and significant problem.The development degree of modern service industry is one of the important signs of social modernization level.As a modern service industry with great potential for development and rapid growth,it has an important role in promoting the sustained economic growth and the reform of the supply side structure in China.Based on the previous research results,this paper finds that there is little research on the financial quality of Listed Companies in modern service industry.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an evaluation index system for the financial quality of the listed companies in the modern service industry of the GEM.Firstly,this paper analyzes the connotation of financial quality,elements and its influencing factors and so on.On this basis,the concept of investors is introduced,and the financial quality evaluation of investors is made clear.Secondly,it analyzes the background,characteristics and functions of China’s growth enterprise market,and then clarifies the significance of the financial quality evaluation of the listed companies in the modern service industry.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the listed companies in the modern service industry of China’s gem,and makes a general analysis of the financial quality of the listed companies in the modern service industry.Again,financial quality evaluation is different from the simple performance evaluation,and analysis of the traditional financial index is different;this paper evaluates investor perspective on the gem of the modern service industry based on the financial quality of listed companies,thus setting the questionnaire part,through the investigation to investors,mining investors most financial indicators of concern accordingly,the financial quality evaluation system is established,and the evaluation of the gem of modern service industry of the listed company’s financial quality.Therefore,this paper establishes a set of new financial quality evaluation system for the listed companies in the modern service industry of gem.Based on the above analysis,in the empirical analysis in order to reduce the influence of subjective factors,this paper adopts the objective factor analysis method to calculate consolidation through the Sample Firms in the financial data of the method of the gem of modern service industry companies in 2013-2015 publicly disclosed,and assessed by using factor analysis method.Finally,from the three aspects of market regulators,investors and business managers,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to improve the financial quality of the listed companies in the modern service industry.
