Feed calcium phosphate is a kind of nutrient feed additive for animal,used to feed livestock,poultry,fish,shrimp and aquatic products.It is able to make up enzymes,vitamins and hormones,promote metabolism in the animal body,make the animal grow and develop faster,increase production of meat,eggs and milk,and prevent and reduce the occurrence of diseases.At present,widely used in feed additive feed bona mainly dicalcium phosphate(DCP)?,?,? type,calcium dihydrogen phosphate(MCP)and defluorization calcium phosphate(DFP),including dicalcium phosphate(DCP)is a mixture of DCP and MCP ? type,also known as just a calcium phosphate(MDCP).YPC company is the largest phosphate mining enterprise in China.In 2013,it began to build the production equipment of 800,000 tons of sulphuric acid per year,300,000 tons of phosphoric acid per year and 500,000 tons of feed phosphate and calcium salt per year,which is the largest production equipment of feed phosphate of primary and secondary products in China.The device was put into operation in 2015.In order to open up sales as soon as possible and lay out the market in advance,the pre-sale target was put forward to carry out the pre-sale work before the formal production.Based on the preliminary market research data,this paper conducts a careful and detailed analysis of the market.Based on the marketing and management theories,it carries out the pre-sale research from the aspects of market positioning,marketing channels,marketing promotion planning and market popularity after the completion of the production equipment of calcium phosphate.According to used in the downstream of feed enterprises,logistics radiation radius,combinative oneself is actual the SWOT analysis,make full use of marketing 4 p theory,the surrounding factors such as product,price,channel and promotion to booking strategy,determine the target market,using the theory of market promotion of thrust and tension,for effective market management,marketing activities of feed or calcium phosphate,complete the booking target.At the same time,I accumulated the marketing experience of calcium phosphate and calcium phosphate in the pre-sale process,exercised the marketing team,and laid a solid foundation for the marketing work after the new product was officially launched into the market.
