Research On The Performance Of Preferential Loan Policy In Zhijin County

China is a large agricultural country.Agricultural economic activities play an important role in the development of national economy.In the process of rural social and economic development in China,the solution of the "three rural" problem is the basis to solve the current work dilemma.In the process of solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers,the lack of funds is a prominent phenomenon.Under the background of Completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,improving the inclusive financial system in rural areas is an important way to solve the current lack of financial support.Taking the formulation and implementation of the preferential loan policy in Zhijin County as the object,this paper analyses its specific performance in financial poverty alleviation,and probes into the application process of the preferential loan in Zhijin County,the performance of the policy implementation,the problems that restrict the performance of the policy,the reasons and the countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts to study the policy performance of "preferential loan" in Zhijin County.Firstly,it introduces the existing research results on credit policy performance;secondly,it introduces therelated concepts and theories;thirdly,it expounds the implementation status of "preferential loan" in Zhijin County and constructs a three-level index system which affects the performance of "preferential loan" policy,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate its performance;secondly,it finds out the relevant concepts and theories.Finally,from the aspects of government,bank,society and farmers,the countermeasures to optimize the performance of Zhijin Preferential Loan Policy are put forward,and the full text of the study is summarized and analyzed.
