Although China's economy sustained and stable growth,but is still in the developing countries,the gap between rich and poor,regional economic phenomenon is obvious,the poor village many poverty-stricken areas per capita income can not meet basic needs one family,and the area and lack of infrastructure,compulsory education law is not universal,rapid and sound development of China's the economic stumbling block,due to the scarcity of life,the social security is not perfect,our country will inevitably lead to social instability in the region,crime and other factors of instability,not conducive to the development of local economy,because of this,the elimination of poverty is always the priority among priorities of our country and the various countries of the world development work,but also at present the world common problems.With the spread of the economic globalization,the impact of the introduction of information and experience,so that China's poverty alleviation development road subjected to impact.First of all,from the topics of the purpose and significance of poverty alleviation theory at home and abroad to integrate and analyze,combined with the characteristics of the development process of China's poverty alleviation,after the establishment of index system in order to provide theoretical basis.Secondly,based on the status quo of Shandong Province poverty alleviation work,from the poverty alleviation project investment,poverty alleviation project outputs,poor project management,poverty alleviation project effect of these four aspects,construction of performance evaluation index system,using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight.Finally,analyze the performance index system of Shandong province.Through research and analysis that,Shandong Province poverty alleviation poverty population scale,lack of capital investment,low degree of education information,aiming at the problems existed in Shandong Province from the aspects of management mechanism,balancing urban and rural development,social security and education of and the supporting force into integration,so as to further improve the performance of Shandong Province poverty alleviation.
