With the development of China's economy and social progress,people's demand for products is diversified while pursuing sophisticated quality.Rapid production and transportation are required to meet customer's requirements for delivery.In order to ensure safe and reliable product storage and transportation,packaging Protection is increasingly important and demand is growing rapidly.TL is a manufacturer of foam packaging materials,mainly providing packaging materials for some electronic products.In recent years,related industries have developed rapidly,and while demand for products has increased,high demands have been placed on quality,cost and delivery time.On the other hand,the raw materials used in the company's production are closely related to oil.Due to the international situation and the relationship between supply and demand,the price fluctuations are large,which poses a higher challenge for the companies in the industry.In order to obtain and maintain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition,companies must fully analyze the supply and demand market situation and determine the enterprise strategy that conforms to the market and industry trends to clarify the company's goals and direction and the strategy of competition..Through the formulation of the company's development strategy,we will realize the strengths and weaknesses of the competition strategy and more effectively allocate the company's resources to point out the direction for daily production and operation activities.Dalian TL Company is the largest supplier of foam packaging materials in Dalian.It has been widely recognized by the market for its resource investment and market operation.However,with the expansion of the company's scale,the company's internal and external environment has also changed,and the company's sustainable development has encountered bottlenecks.Seizing opportunities and meeting challenges in the next competition,fully analyzing the company's internal and external environment,and clarifying the company's development strategy is crucial for the company's further development.As the fast and steady development of macroeconomics in China,the number of plastic The research has taken Dalian TL Limited Co.Ltd.As the case,adopted the management theory and methods,and collected a number of information and reference to analyze both external and internal conditions.The PEST has been taken to macro environment for external analysis,adopted “Five Forces Model” for competitive environment to summarize the opportunities and threats that enterprises are facing now.For internal part,the main focus is on resource and capabilities to analyze the strength and weakness.Through SWOT matrixanalysis,the development target can be made.According to the development strategy,there are many other outcomes should be done,such as Enterprise Brand,Sales,Fast-Repair Branches Layout,Diversified Development.Finally,the development strategy safeguards can be made from Organization,enterprise Culture,HR,Information Constriction,respectively.This study shows the direction of long-term,stable development of TL Co.,also helps enterprises upgrade and change.Meanwhile,it can be a reference for Chinese traditional maintenance and repair enterprises on how to survive,develop and be more competitive.
