The oil depot belongs to the sales enterprise that stores,transports and supplies all kinds of oil and gas products.It is a link linking production,processing,distribution and sales.Safety is the prerequisite and basis for the normal operation of the oil depot.However,the hydrocarbon oil and gas are hydrocarbons,which is inflammable,explosive,toxic and volatile.Due to corrosion and unintentional operation,they can easily cause oil and gas to run,run,drip and leak which results in poisoning,fire,explosion and other serious accidents.To achieve the goal of zero accident,zero casualties and zero pollution,we must fully implement hazard identification and risk assessment so that the implementation of HSE management system enjoys popular support and safe production.The level of employee awareness of HSE directly affects the success or failure of safety management,but also affect the corporate image and development.Based on the analysis of safety awareness,this paper aims at the lack of awareness of HSE among petrochemical enterprises,how to eliminate the hidden dangers of accidents and how to control health,safety and environmental risks as much as possible,and to minimize the occurrence of accidents and pollution through the systematic safety prevention mechanism.Choosing HSE standardization as the research theme is mainly to effectively control HSE risk and continually improve HSE performance.The establishment of a sound HSE standardization system,the implementation of targeted safety management,will continue to improve the performance of HSE management of enterprises,to improve China's petrochemical industry management has practical significance.Building HSE standardization system and deepening the contents of HSE management system can not only provide more assurances for general principles,goals and objectives of all aspects of the enterprise,but also reduce accidents,ensure employees' health and safety,and protect enterprises Of the property without loss;at the same time can also protect the ecological environment to meet the needs of sustainable development;not only improve the utilization of raw materials and energy,but also to protect natural resources and increase economic efficiency of enterprises;between or reduce medical compensation,loss of property costs.To meet the public's expectations,maintain good public-social relations;further safeguard the reputation of enterprises and enhance their market competitiveness.In this paper,according to the requirements of HSE compliance management in terms of enterprise risk management,equipment and facilities management,production and operation,occupational health,health and safety facilities,production and operation equipment and facilities,production and operation site environment,Use project management theory to analyze,identify risk one by one,find out the reasons of the management which produce these problems,seek scientific solutions,finally achieve safety production,achieve resource management optimization and provide feasible suggestions for future work.
