Nowadays,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and high-quality human resources are the core competitiveness of enterprises.Under the background of China's banking reform,the effective management of human resources plays an important role in gaining advantages in competition and realizing long-term development.Through rigorous analysis and research,this paper finds out the shortcomings and problems in the current human resource management of M bank,and puts forward practical suggestions and countermeasures based on the actual situation of the bank,so as to thoroughly solve all kinds of hidden dangers and influences caused by the staff turnover of M commercial bank.The article is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.In the introduction,the research background,significance,current research situation,research ideas and research contents of this paper are described.The second part is the case text.The analysis of the actual situation of current M commercial bank,at the same time,using four cases occur in the human resources management in a real bank to introduce in this paper,the research problem,how to scientific and effective solve the staffs loss crisis,the specific case of human resource management,including performance management,salary welfare reform crisis of the New Deal,unsatisfactory training system and new hires.The third part is case analysis.First introduced the three theory of the brain drain problem,performance appraisal,salary incentive theory,staff career planning theory,then the integrated use of some theories on the current M commercial bank member erosion problems in the analysis and research,to excavate out the buried under these phenomena.Real leaving reason.They are the lack of career system,the unscientific training system,the lack of flexibility of salary and welfare system and the imperfect performance appraisal system.The fourth part is the key content of this paper.After scientific analysis,this paper comprehensively improved and improved various factors causing the staff turnover problem of M commercial bank,and put forward reasonable suggestions and plans.It mainly includes the establishment of employee turnover management system,the provision of attractive remuneration policies,multiple career management,the mechanism of reserve talents and the improvement of performance management.The fifth part is the summary and prospect.This part will summarize the whole research process and summarize the experience and methods accumulated in the research process,so as to provide some reference and help for other Banks in solving similar problems.
