Longyan Animation Technology Industrial Park Project Risk Assessment And Countermeasures

As a core industry of intellectual economy in the21st century，the animation industryhas a noticeable impact on the economical development. Recently, the Chinese governmenthas proposed plans to push the development of the Chinese animation industry, all kinds ofbases and parks of animation have come into being. Against the background of Chineseanimation climax, this thesis studies on the project risk management of Longyan AnimationIndustrial Park, this has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the full investigation of Longyan Animation Industrial Park, this thesisdistinguishes and identifies the Threats and Opportunities from external environment of theproject, at the same time evaluates Weakness and Strengths of the interior of the organizationin the project, and thus identifies the main risk in the construction of Longyan AnimationIndustrial Park such as financial risk, policy risk, market risk, technical risk, management risk,etc; based on the deep analysis on those risks, the author construct an risk evaluation systemfor animation industrial park. Absorbing the advantages of expert scoring method, analytichierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation, this thesis constructs an evaluation method for theproject of animation parks, which is used to evaluate the main risk and the total risk of theproject of Longyan Animation Industrial Park, and the results indicate that the total risk if theproject is in lower level, the financial risk is in middle level, the policy risk is in low level andthe other risk are in lower level, the financial risk and market risk needs preventingemphatically. On the basis of risk identification and risk evaluation of Longyan AnimationIndustrial Park, combined with actual conditions of the project, this thesis also discusses thecountermeasures to avoid all kinds of risk in the project, emphasizing to avoid the financialrisk and policy risk, which helps to guarantee for successful implementation and therealization of the goals of the project.This thesis has guiding significance to implement Longyan Animation Industrial Park,and also has important reference significance for similar projects.
