The Status Quo,Problems And Countermeas Ures Of Migrant Workers Returning To Home Town In Anhua County

Migrant workers is a special group in the process of building new urbanization urban and rural development.Currently,there are about two hundred million new generation of migrant workers,it has become the body of migrant workers.Their development has become one of the key factors to further promote urbanization construction.On the one hand,the new generation of migrant workers have heavy pressure into the city,the carrying capacity of the city's migrant workers almost reach the limit.On the other hand,the rural areas lag behind the development and lack of industry support,the net outflow of rural elites continued to increase.Protection of the new generation of migrant workers return home to do business,which can effectively solve the city into dilemma,ease population pressure in large cities,rural labor force can also be placed near,it is significant to promote rural economic development,to improve the level of urbanization,to build the new urban-rural relationship.However,the current generation of migrant workers return home to do business is still in its infancy,there is no national level macro layout,varied local policy,science,and effectiveness should be improved.Although go home to do business is imperative,but the entrepreneurial environment is still not optimistic.In this paper,the concept and definition of grassroots entrepreneurship were introduced.Taking the migrant workers in D town of anhua county as an example,the entrepreneurial motivation and incentive of migrant workers returning home to start businesses were analyzed,as well as the entrepreneurial background,entrepreneurial willingness,environment and other relevant factors that may affect entrepreneurship.The entrepreneurial situation of migrant workers returning home was investigated and analyzed.Further way to solve the problem of current predicament that build a migrant entrepreneurship support policy implementation propulsion mechanism,guiding service mechanism and government policy of evaluation mechanism and improve the quality of entrepreneurship training booster migrant workers return home entrepreneurship policy recommendations.
