Development Status And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Mechanization In Chengdu

Agricultural mechanization is a process of using agricultural machinery and equipment to reduce the labor intensity of farmers,improve their production conditions,and improve economic and production efficiency.As a large agricultural country,China's peasants account for a large proportion of the population,per capita benefit is too low and other characteristics restrict the pace of our well-off.In order to achieve the "synchronization of the four modernizations",the first thing to do is to realize the mechanization of agriculture.Therefore,we must vigorously promote the promotion of agricultural mechanization and better serve the economic development.Chengdu is located in the west of Sichuan Basin,the hinterland of Chengdu Plain,with flat terrain,abundant River network,abundant products and developed agriculture.It is one of the earliest areas of agricultural development in China.It belongs to subtropical monsoon humid climate and enjoys the reputation of "the United States of Heaven" since ancient times.The rural area is wide and the population of agriculture is large.It occupies a large position in the overall economic proportion.This paper begins with introducing the development of foreign countries combined with the actual development of domestic situation,analyzes the development status of Sichuan and Chengdu in recent years,and the actual problems,and puts forward new countermeasures for development.After decades of efforts,the level of Agricultural Mechanization in Chengdu has made considerable progress.The total amount of agricultural machinery has exceeded 350,000 sets(2016 data).The area of mechanized operation in Chengdu is on the rise year by year.The mechanized cultivation,sowing and harvesting have all increased,especially in the weak links of our province.The Mechanized Sowing and harvesting of rape increased respectively.The comprehensive mechanized rate of cultivation and harvesting of main crops in Chengdu reached 71%(2017 data)which was 4.41% higher than that of the previous year.The Ministry of Agriculture also identified Chongzhou as the only demonstration county of mechanization in southwest China.Agricultural mechanization was completed in Chengdu.Both of them have achieved remarkable results.However,there are still some unsatisfactory aspects,such as: although the total amount is huge,but the composition is unreasonable;the overall development level of agricultural machinery and advanced areas at home and abroad still have a certain gap;the level of agricultural machinery socialization service is relatively backward;agricultural machinery education,training,scientific research level is still low;agricultural mechanization costs higher,lower efficiency Lack of funds and so on.In view of the above problems,several countermeasures are put forward.Firstly,the government should strengthen its support,increase investment in agricultural machinery and promote land planning and management;secondly,vigorously develop agricultural machinery industry and improve the mechanization of the whole process of grain production;thirdly,strengthen and perfect the service system and improve the service level of agricultural machinery operation;fourthly,increase investment in scientific research.We must promote the sustainable development of agriculture;fifth,we must do a good job in the system of agricultural education and training,and train new farmers.This paper analyzes the current situation of the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Chengdu,points out the factors restricting the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Chengdu,and puts forward relevant suggestions and suggestions,which can provide decision-making reference for the government and relevant departments.
